Pre-Order: This item will be fulfilled and dispatched within one week after your order is placed.
Andrian’s Pinot Noir is cultivated on the slopes of Alto Adige at 450–600 m a.s.l., rooted in soils of erythroid, argillaceous lime and dolomite rock. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with gentle must movement, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing in large oak casks.
The wine shows a ruby-red colour with delicate berry and dried fruit aromas. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a fine trace of tannins.
